We are blessed to announce that the JPII Blessed Monstrance, one of six specially commissioned by Pope St. John Paul II to promote Eucharistic Adoration and vocations, will be visiting Queen of the Holy Rosary from Friday, July 11, through Thursday, July 17.
This sacred monstrance is on special loan from the Serra International Convention, which was held last month right here in Kansas City. It is a tremendous honor for our parish to host this relic of faith and to enter into deeper prayer for vocations and Eucharistic renewal.
Adoration Schedule During the Visit:
Weekdays (July 11,14,15,16,17):
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Adoration in the main Church
5:00 PM – 9:00 AM: Adoration in the Adoration Chapel
Weekends (July 12–13):
Please note: The Adoration Chapel will be closed from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each weekday while the Blessed Monstrance is exposed in the Church.
We invite all parishioners, families, and visitors to come and spend time in the presence of our Lord through this extraordinary vessel of grace. Whether for a few minutes or an hour, your prayerful presence will help support vocations and draw our community closer to Christ in the Eucharist.
